Committee Responsibilities
Meet on a monthly basis or as needed to:
- Provide scientific oversight of each Computational Medicine Center project
- Provide oversight of the educational activities of the Computational Medicine Center
- Develop policies and procedures related to the adoption of new scientific and education projects, monitor existing projects and determine the scientific merit of existing projects
- Provide suggestions for federal and state grants that are appropriate for the Computational Medicine Center
- Ensure that members collaborate on grant submissions and commit fifty percent of their annual efforts to projects related to the Computational Medicine Center
- Ensure that members who submit manuscripts appropriately reference the Computational Medicine Center
